Before You Request

A 4-foot by 8-foot sign is big.

Four feet tall by eight feet wide — roughly the size of a full sheet of plywood. These are billboard-style signs intended for high-capacity roads, major intersections, and businesses with lots of drive-by traffic.

They’re not suited for residential yards. Sign ordinances in most Delaware neighborhoods don’t allow them, and even where allowed, a 4′ × 8′ on a residential lot generally looks out of place.

Heads Up — This Is an Installation, Not a Delivery

A 4-foot by 8-foot sign isn’t dropped off at your door. Our team comes to the location and installs it: post holes dug, frame mounted, sign secured against wind and weather. It’s a real production — not something you set up yourself.

Every request is reviewed by staff first. We’ll confirm the location makes sense — high-visibility, property owner has given permission, safe to dig, meets state signage rules — before we schedule the install.
